EzBizi is a field-service CRM published by EZBIZI LLC. This page explains how to have your EzBizi account, and the personal data associated with it, deleted — whether you use the Android app, the desktop app, or the web app at app.ezbizi.com.

How to request deletion

Email contact@ezbizi.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Account deletion request.
Tell us the name of your organization in EzBizi, so we delete the right account.
We reply to confirm it is really you asking. We will not act on a deletion request we cannot verify, because doing so would let somebody else destroy your records.
Once confirmed, we delete the account and reply to tell you what was erased and what had to be kept.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your user account and the personal data attached to it:

Your name, email address, phone number and home address
Your profile photo
Your sign-in credentials, active sessions and any authenticator enrolment
Your personal preferences and settings

If you are the only administrator of an organization and you ask for the whole organization to be closed, we also delete that organization's business records — its customers, jobs, inspections, inventory, vehicles, services and uploaded files.

What is kept, and why

Some records are anonymised rather than removed, because the business record itself must survive even when the person is erased from it. Where this happens, your personal details are replaced and the record remains without them.

Kept	Reason
Signed agreements and the signatures on them	A signed contract is legal evidence and cannot be rewritten after the fact. Your name remains on a document you signed.
Financial and transaction records	Retained where tax and accounting obligations require it.
Security and audit logs	Retained for a limited period so that account access and changes can be investigated.
Records belonging to your employer	Business data belongs to the organization that entered it. Deleting your user account does not delete your employer's customers or jobs — that is their decision, not ours.

Additional retention period

After deletion from the live system, copies can remain in encrypted backups for a limited time:

Up to 14 days in daily backups held on our own infrastructure.
Up to 45 days in off-site backup copies.
Monthly archive backups are retained beyond that period for disaster recovery.

Backups are not used to restore deleted accounts. If a backup is ever restored after a deletion, the deletion is applied again to the restored data.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to have data removed.

Inside EzBizi, if your role allows it, you can delete individual records yourself — a customer, a job, an uploaded file, a vehicle — without any request to us.
By email, write to contact@ezbizi.com and say what you want removed. This includes asking us to erase the personal details of one person we hold — for example a customer who has asked your business to delete their information. Your own account and everything else stay exactly as they are.

We verify these requests the same way as a full deletion, and the same rules about what must be kept apply.

If you were invited by an employer

Most people use EzBizi because their employer invited them. Your administrator can deactivate your access at any time from within EzBizi, which stops you signing in immediately. Deactivation is not deletion — use the steps above if you want your personal data erased as well.
