When you or your organization uses EzBizi we process account details (name, work email, role), customer and job records you enter, and technical logs needed to run the service.
If you connect a social network (for example TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Threads, or Bluesky), we receive the tokens and profile identifiers that network issues so EzBizi can compose, schedule, and publish posts you authorize. We use that access only to provide the Social Media Poster and related account connection. We do not sell that access. You can disconnect a network in EzBizi; you should also revoke the app in that network’s own settings.
Data belongs to the organization that entered it. People in that organization see what their role and assignments allow. We use subprocessors to host the application (including cloud infrastructure and email delivery). We do not sell personal information.
We keep records while the organization has an account and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, backups, and legal obligations. You can ask us to export or erase personal data at the address above.
