Social Media Management

EZBIZI LLC · Last updated 26 August 2026

EzBizi is field-service business software published by EZBIZI LLC. Chimney sweeps, garage-door installers, plumbers and similar trades run their customers, jobs, inspections, staff and vehicles in it. Social Media Management is the part of EzBizi that handles the posting those businesses already do.

What it does

A business connects the accounts it already owns, writes a post once, and sends it to the accounts it picks — now, or on a schedule in its own timezone. The alternative is signing into five apps and pasting the same thing five times, which is how it gets done today and why it often does not get done at all.

How a business uses it

  1. Connect. Someone with permission opens Marketing → Social Media Management → Accounts, chooses a network, and signs in to that network themselves. The network's own consent screen is what grants access. EzBizi never asks for a password to a social account.
  2. Write. They compose one post — text, and images or video — in EzBizi.
  3. Choose where it goes. They tick the connected accounts it should go to. A network that cannot take the post says so instead of failing quietly.
  4. Publish or schedule. It goes out now, or at a time they set. The calendar shows what is queued and what has gone.

Which networks

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X and Bluesky. A business connects only the ones it uses; the rest sit in the catalogue until it does.

Whose accounts these are

The connected account always belongs to the business that connected it, not to EzBizi. EzBizi posts as that business's own Page or profile, on their instruction, with access they granted and can withdraw.

Access is bound to the part of the business that connected it. A company connecting its Facebook Page shares that Page with the locations under it, and with the group above it — never with a sibling company. Two businesses using EzBizi can never see or post to each other's accounts.

What EzBizi does with the access

We use it toWe do not
Publish and schedule the posts a business writes in EzBizi.

Show which account a post went to, and whether it succeeded, so a failed send is visible rather than silent.

Show the account name and picture, so somebody choosing where to post can tell the accounts apart.
Run or manage advertising of any kind.

Read or reply to direct messages, or use Messenger.

Collect audience, follower or insight data.

Post anything a person did not write and send.

Sell, rent or share the access with anyone.

Disconnecting

Any account can be disconnected in EzBizi at any time, from the same screen it was connected on. Disconnecting deletes the stored access immediately. Because the grant lives with the network as well, we also tell people to remove EzBizi in that network's own settings — that is what revokes it at the source.

If someone removes EzBizi from the network's side first, the connection is marked as revoked here too, so nobody is left looking at an account that says "connected" and quietly is not.

What is stored

The access token, the account's id, its display name and handle, and the posts written in EzBizi along with where each one was sent and what the network answered. Tokens are encrypted and are never shown on screen or returned by our API. EzBizi does not keep a copy of a network's feed.

More detail is in the privacy policy, and deletion is covered on the delete account page.

Getting access

EzBizi is used by invitation — a business gets an account through its organization rather than signing up. Talk to us at contact@ezbizi.com. The product runs at app.ezbizi.com.
