EzBizi lets an organization manage customers, jobs, staff, and related operations, and (when enabled) connect the organization’s own social accounts to compose, schedule, and publish organic posts.
You must be authorized by the organization to use its EzBizi account. You are responsible for activity under your login and for keeping credentials secure. Organization administrators decide who may connect social networks and who may publish.
You retain rights in the content you submit. By connecting a social network you instruct us to act on that network using the permissions you grant there. You must have the right to post as that account. Each network’s own terms also apply. We may suspend a connection that the network revokes or that violates those terms.
Do not use EzBizi to send spam, impersonate others, break the law, or attack the service. We may suspend access that threatens the platform or other customers.
We aim to keep EzBizi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on a third party (mail, social networks, maps) can fail when that party fails.
To the extent permitted by law, EZBIZI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you publish to third-party networks. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms.
